  1. Choose your product,
  2. Download clear and attractive images,
  3. Prepare your title and description (features and other details for the product),
  4. Enter to Facebook website or app,
  5. Click the Marketplace icon in the menu,
  6. Choose “Sell”
  7. Choose the type of your listing: items, vehicles, housing for rent, or jobs,
  8. Fill the fields you have: Photos, title, category, price, location, description of the product,
  9. Click “Next”,
  10. Choose where you want to list: Is it just to the marketplace side? or you want to list also in some Facebook groups you already joined,
  11. Click “Publish”.

What to Do After Publishing the Product You Want to Sell on Facebook Marketplace (Step-By-Step):

Here are some of my tips and tricks in the Facebook Marketplace’s daily selling: what to do, what’s to avoid, and how to scale the marketplace selling business from Facebook:

  1. Choose real and clear photos to get trust from clients: Because buyers in Facebook Marketplace have a local and tangible buying culture,
  2. List more than one version of the same product in many targeted categories,
  3. Don’t upload photos that you have already uploaded in an active listing, because your listing will be stopped by Facebook. Instead, resize and rename the same photos and re-upload them as a new listing.
    (P.S. you aren’t obligated to change writings: like titles, descriptions, or others).
  4. If you have some budget, choose to promote your listing (it’s easy, just click “Boost Listing” in the listing menu and target who you want to reach).
  5. Recontact people who didn’t complete the buying decision in the previous conversations, to notify them if they still want the product, and offer them a discount,
