Logging in to FastMoss should take ten seconds. When it doesn’t, it’s almost always one of the same five problems. This guide covers how to log in safely, a quick tour of what you’ll see once you’re inside, and how to fix the login issues people run into most.
Official FastMoss website and login
The official site is www.fastmoss.com. Always log in there. Some coupon pages and look-alike sites put fake login forms on their pages, and FastMoss will never ask you to enter your password anywhere except its own site.
- Go to fastmoss.com.
- Click Log in at the top right.
- Sign in with the same method you used to register: email, or a linked account such as Google.
- You land on the dashboard. Pick your market from the country menu.
No account yet? New users get a 7-day free trial with no card needed. Sign-up uses the same button.

Your first 5 minutes after logging in
If it’s your first time, the dashboard can feel like a lot. Don’t try to learn everything at once. Do these three things and you’ll be oriented:
Set your country. Everything you see depends on it. Pick the market you sell in, not the one you live in.
Open Market Pulse. It shows which categories are growing. It’s the best “where do I start” page.
Search one product you already know. Seeing familiar numbers is the fastest way to understand how FastMoss presents data.
Quick dashboard tour
| Menu | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Find Product | Search and filter TikTok Shop products by sales |
| Market Pulse | See rising categories and daily rankings |
| Find Creators | Find creators by real sales, view contacts |
| Competitor Shops | Study rival shops’ products and prices |
| Discover Videos / LIVEs | See top videos and livestreams |
| TikTok Ads | Browse trending ad creatives |
| Monitor | Track videos and LIVEs over time |
| AI Toolbox | Transcribe videos, rewrite scripts, analyze reviews |
| Account center | Manage your plan, sub-accounts, cancel |
A good next step after the tour is my product research workflow. It shows which of these menus actually matter and in what order.
Login not working? Try this
You used a different sign-in method
This is the number one cause. If you signed up with Google, you need to log in with Google again. Typing the same email into the email form creates confusion, because FastMoss sees it as a different way in. Use exactly the method you used on day one.
The verification code never arrives
Check your spam and promotions folders first. Then wait a full minute before asking for a new code. Requesting several in a row can make the earlier ones invalid, so use the most recent email only.
The page is stuck loading
Clear your browser cache, or open fastmoss.com in a private window. Ad blockers and some privacy extensions block scripts the dashboard needs, so try pausing them for fastmoss.com.
You keep getting logged out
Each FastMoss plan includes one user. If two or three people share the same login, the sessions can kick each other out. The fix is sub-accounts: they cost $30 a month on Pro and $70 on Ultimate, and everyone gets their own login. Basic doesn’t support sub-accounts.
Your plan features disappeared
If you were on the free trial, it may have ended after 7 days. Nothing is charged, but premium features stop. Pick a plan to get them back. If you’re on a paid plan and features vanished, check the account center to see whether the subscription renewed.
Still stuck
Contact FastMoss through the Help Center on their site or at info@fastmoss.com. Include the email you signed up with and how you originally registered (Google or email). It speeds things up a lot.
Keeping your account safe
Only log in on fastmoss.com, never through a form on another site. Use a unique password if you signed up by email. And if you share access with a team, use sub-accounts instead of passing one password around. It’s cleaner, and it’s easier to remove someone later.
Developer Center login is separate
If you use the FastMoss MCP, CLI or API, those accounts live at developers.fastmoss.com with their own login and their own balance. Your dashboard login and your developer login are not the same thing. More in the FastMoss API and MCP guide.
Logging in to the Chrome extension
The FastMoss Chrome extension needs you to log in with your FastMoss account too. If it shows no data on TikTok pages, log in again from the extension icon and refresh the TikTok tab.
Account settings worth knowing
Once you’re in, a few settings save trouble later.
Country and language. You can switch your market at the top of the dashboard any time. FastMoss also supports 14 languages, which helps if your team isn’t all English-speaking.
Sub-accounts. On Pro and Ultimate you can add team members with their own logins. This is the clean way to share access.
Your plan and billing. The account center shows your current plan, renewal date and billing history. Upgrades happen there too.
Cancelling. You can cancel from the account center. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, so there’s no rush to use it up early.
Switching between markets after login
A common confusion: you log in, search a product you know, and the numbers look wrong. Usually you’re in a different market than you think. Check the country menu at the top. Each market has its own rankings and its own data, so a US product won’t show UK sales and the other way around.
Signing in on mobile
FastMoss is built mainly for desktop. You can log in through a mobile browser, and it works for quick checks, but tables, filters and charts are much easier on a bigger screen. If you’re doing real research, use a laptop. For checking a creator on the go, the mobile browser is fine.
Shared computers and work laptops
If you log in on a shared or work computer, sign out when you’re done, especially if you signed in with Google. Leaving a session open means anyone using that browser can see your saved lists and account details. On your own device, staying logged in is fine.
When to contact support vs fix it yourself
Fix it yourself if it’s a sign-in method mix-up, a missing code, a stuck page or a browser issue. Those cover almost every case.
Contact support if you can’t access the email you signed up with, if you were charged but don’t see your plan, or if your account shows features that don’t match what you paid for. Those need someone at FastMoss to look at your account.
